It's no secret that I love poring over Martha Stewart's annual Christmas magazine. These sweet beauties were featured in one of her past holiday-themed editions, much to my delight. Mini peppermint meringues with a swirl of red colouring do much to gladden the heart. They would make a welcome edition to my dessert table come Christmas-time!
